Methodology

    The DAP Framework

The DAP Framework is a three-phase methodology for designing human-centered AI systems. Discovery uncovers the human truth beneath the stated problem. Architecture translates that understanding into system design. Production builds, tests, deploys, and continuously optimizes. One through-line, from psychology to shipped software.

How to Implement AI in Your Contracting Business

What Happens During the Discovery Phase?

We don't start with solutions. We start with what's actually broken.

Most businesses know something is costing them — they just can't name it precisely.

    Discovery does that.

The output is an AI Readiness Report — a plain-language document that names the problem, quantifies the cost, and tells you exactly what needs fixing and in what order.

You walk away with something valuable whether we build together or not.

Discovery is where we audit your business to find exactly where you are losing customers and revenue — before designing any solution.

What Happens During the Architecture Phase?

We design the right system before we build any of it.

Architecture takes everything Discovery surfaced and turns it into a complete blueprint.

Every automation is mapped. Every integration point is documented. Every tool is selected based on what your business already uses — not what we prefer to build with.

You see exactly what will be built, how it connects to your existing operations, what it will do when it is live, and what it will cost to run — before a single line of code is written.

By the time Architecture is complete, there are no surprises left.

What gets built in Production is exactly what was designed here.

Architecture is where we design your complete AI system — every integration, every automation, every tool — before a single line of code is written.

What Happens During the Production Phase?

Six weeks. Two stages. The system is live before you realize it happened.

Production runs in two sequential three-week stages.

Phase 3A builds everything your customers encounter first — your website, your Google presence, your search visibility, and the content that signals to Google and to AI search engines that your business is the right answer.

By the end of week three your business is already showing up in places it wasn't before.

Phase 3B builds the systems that actively drive revenue — the automated outreach that finds your ideal customer and books them onto your calendar, the reputation system that grows your reviews automatically after every job, and the social presence that keeps you visible between jobs.

By the end of week six the whole system is running.

Your only jobs from that point are showing up, closing, and delivering.

Production is the six-week build and launch phase — digital presence in weeks one through three, growth systems in weeks four through six.
